Flagship technology focus
A biological pathway for landfill methane mitigation
The pilot programme uses vertical delivery points to introduce selected microbial consortia into the waste matrix. The objective is to suppress methane generation in difficult landfill environments while creating a practical pathway for legacy-waste management.
01Baseline — site conditions, methane readings, substrate and waste characteristics.
02Deployment — field placement of delivery points and controlled biological recharge.
03Monitoring — repeat methane measurements and field observations over time.
04Validation & scale — third-party review, substrate analysis, TRL assessment and larger demonstrations.
Evidence note: Greenovo's public claims should remain tied to documented pilot evidence. Formal TRL certification, carbon-credit entitlement or universal performance guarantees should only be stated once separately established.

Assam Pollution Control Board recommendation
The Board records that Greenovo was authorised by Guwahati Municipal Corporation to conduct a 500 m² methane-reduction pilot at Belortol Swacchata Kshetra and describes the solution as technically sound, cost-effective and scalable.
Scientific Review
IISER Kolkata validation review
The review of Greenovo's submitted pilot data records significant methane reduction over more than 60 days, notes reproducibility based on the data provided, and recommends the approach for consideration at larger scale.
